How we do things
We are a group of people united by a passion for flying. The aeroclub runs on a voluntary basis – every member contributes to airfield operations, aircraft maintenance, and event organization. A typical weekend at the airfield starts with pulling aircraft from the hangar, technical checks, and briefing. Then we fly!
First time here? Come on a weekend and ask anyone – we'll be happy to show you around and answer all your questions.

Gliding
Gliding is the purest form of flight. We use thermals and ridge lift to fly tens or hundreds of kilometers.

Ultralight Flying
Ultralight flying is an accessible and affordable way to take to the skies.

Powered Flight
Training and recreational flying on powered aircraft. We offer PPL(A) and LAPL(A) training with qualified instructors.

Parachuting
Parachute jumps from the legendary An-2 biplane over LKSO airfield.
Airfield events
Technical sports day
Demonstrations of aeromodelling, parachuting, RC flying and other technical sports.
Kite festival
Traditional autumn kite flying on the airfield. A family event with refreshments.
